Recipe Makes 6 Servings.

Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

1 egg white

1 cup almond flour

1 1/2 pound pork chops, sliced into easy-to-handle pieces

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. ground black pepper

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

First, pour the olive oil into the air fryer, to give the bottom a good glaze.

To the side, stir together salt, pepper, and the egg white, whisking well with a fork.

After slicing the pork chops, add them to the egg white and salt and pepper mixture, coating it well. Allow the pork to marinate for 25 minutes in the fridge.
